Mr. Eppanapally is an entrepreneur and a philanthropist with a passion for education, healthcare and the environment. His lifelong mission has been to transform and establish a peaceful society for harmonious living. Mr. Eppanapally is the founding Chairman of the Eppanapally Charitable Foundation (ECF). Mr. Eppanapally has been a strong advocate for Indian Americans to run for elected offices at various levels and to take active role in American politics to protect the interests of Indian American community in the US. He was considered by the GOP to run for US Congress from New Jersey in 2014. With over 25 years of experience as a financial services IT professional, Mr. Eppanapally has been involved in directing and managing global technology initiatives including strategic planning, architecture, design, development and deployment. He is currently serving as a Vice-President of Global InfoTech division at Bank of New York Mellon.
Mr. Eppanapally is the founding board member and Vice-President of Financial Policy Council (FPC). Mr. Eppanapally is the founding president and Chairman of the board for Lead India 2020 Foundation, Inc. Mr. Eppanapally was the founding President of VT Seva, Volunteering Together for Service, a global non-profit organization with over 100,000 volunteers dedicated to providing education to tribal and blind children, cancer screening for rural women and children, and disaster relief during floods/tsunamis and earth quakes.
